Natasha Henry, with a seductive timbre and [...] astonishing power” (Revue L’Opéra), is a young soprano from Quebec who recently graduated from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal. She is the recipient of several prizes including a grant of excellence from McAbbie Foundtaion, the 1st prize of the Classival Competition and a scholarship winner in the finals of the Sherbrooke and Pierre-de-Saurel Music Competitions. She is also supported by Jeunesses Musicales Canada for her projects. Natasha has performed the title roles in Hänsel und Gretel (Gretel), Dido and Aeneas (Dido) et The Old Maid and the Thief (Laeticia). She has also performed Daughter (The Juniper Tree) and Diane (Actéon). She has worked with chefs Paul Nadler, Jacques Lacombe, Jean-Marie Zeitouni, Luc Beauséjour, Ivars Taurins and Véronique Lacroix. Guest soloist with orchestras and ensembles, we will hear her soon at Salle Bourgie since she was selected as part of the prestigious mentorship.
